The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (required); strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Project, Access, Office 365)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, cash flow, accrual accounting, and core accounting principles
• Proven experience in variance analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven insights; Tableau experience is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan, execute, and manage analytical projects
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong planning, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive teams

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely, accurate outputs
• Communicate key financial information clearly and consistently to stakeholders
• Partner with Executive Team and Accounting on planning, forecasting, quarterly updates, and review packages
• Lead or support analytical initiatives, including acquisition analysis, cost analysis, overhead allocation, and pricing strategy
• Provide insights to enhance forecasting, optimize channel/category mix, and manage operating expenses
• Identify and implement process improvements, including financial modeling enhancements
• Gather internal feedback to refine processes and support continuous improvement
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and deliver high-quality support
• Perform other duties as required
